West Philly Suites Policies

POLICIES

Check-in time is between 3:00pm to 10:00pm.

Check out time is 11:00am

(Early check-in / Late check-outs are subject to availability ~ $30 fee is applicable when granted )

To ensure a refined, comfortable, and secure experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following policies are observed:

  • Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to check in and stay overnight.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and directly in front of the building. Any evidence of smoking may result in a cleaning fee.
  • Parties or gatherings of any kind are not permitted.
  • Trash disposal - please do not leave trash in front of the building. Let us know and we will pick it up from the unit.
  • Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum during this time.
  • Package deliveries are not accepted at the property. Food deliveries are welcome and guests are asked to meet drivers outside.
  • In the rare event of a double booking or unit unavailability, we reserve the right to relocate you to an alternative accommodation of equal or greater value.
  • We are not responsible for any personal items left behind, they will be disposed of.

CANCELLATIONS

  • For cancellations made more than 60 days before the check-in date, the deposit will be refunded less a $99 booking fee.
  • For cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in, a cancellation fee equal to the cost of 50% of the reservation will be assessed.
  • For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival date, the cancellation fee is equal to the entire reservation.

Departures earlier than confirmed reservation dates will be responsible for all of the original nights booked. We cannot be responsible for unused nights due to the threat of bad weather and other travel-related mishaps or for changes in plans which shorten your stay.

Texting Policy

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring text messages from West Philly Suites regarding your reservation and stay, including booking confirmation, check-in details, property information, and general guest communication with your innkeeper. Message frequency varies based on your stay and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply depending upon your mobile carrier and plan. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at (989) 931-2407 . To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive texts from West Philly Suites unless you opt in again.
