About 15 minutes door to door by public transit: a five-minute walk to 63rd Street Station, then a 10-minute ride on SEPTA's L train to 34th Street Station. By car, it's 3.8 miles, roughly 10 to 15 minutes.

How far is West Philly Suites from CHOP?

CHOP is about 3.8 miles away, roughly 10 to 15 minutes by car or rideshare. By SEPTA, walk five minutes to 63rd Street Station, take the L train to 34th Street (about 10 minutes), then walk or take a shuttle to CHOP, about 22 minutes door to door.

What kitchen facilities does West Philly Suites offer?

Full kitchens are in all Cobbs Creek apartments and in the Delancey, Parkway, Bell View, and Haddington Park (211) suites. The Franklin, Independence Hall, and Liberty Bell suites have private kitchenettes with a sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. Haddington Park 1 and 2 share a kitchenette. What is included in each suite?

Every suite includes a comfortable bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku TV, and air conditioning. Select units feature full kitchens, while others include kitchenettes, all with mini-refrigerators, making our suites a practical choice for both short visits and extended stays. Self check-in allows you to arrive from 3:00–10:00 PM; guest support is 8 AM–10 PM, with 24/7 emergency support. All properties are 100% smoke-free.

Does West Philly Suites have on-site laundry facilities?

There are no laundry facilities at West Philly Suites; however, there are several laundromats within a mile. 

Policies & Reservations

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a deposit refund minus a $99 booking fee. Cancellations within 60 days incur a fee of 50% of the reservation total, increasing to 100% if canceled within 48 hours of arrival. Only one cancellation fee applies.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, to preserve the cleanliness and safety for all guests, pets are not allowed.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Self check-in is any time between 3:00 and 10:00 PM; you'll receive entry instructions before you arrive. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is $30, subject to availability.
