Who Stays With Us

Project-based business travelers. Consultants, auditors, contractors, and trainers on multi-week assignments get a private suite, a kitchen, and a quiet place to work for less than a downtown hotel.

Relocating employees. Starting a new job before your lease or closing date? A furnished suite gives you a home base while you house-hunt, and our two-bedroom apartments sleep up to four, so your family can come too.

Remote workers and traveling professionals. Testing out Philadelphia or working from the city for a few weeks? Each suite has high-speed Wi-Fi.

Visiting for a hospital stay or a university program? See our Medical Stays and University Visits pages.
