Our Three Buildings

Our buildings are classic West Philadelphia residential buildings, updated for short and extended stays.

205 N 63rd Street: 14 studio suites. King and double studios, including the Franklin, Independence Hall, and Liberty Bell suites, with private kitchenettes (sink, microwave, and mini-fridge). The lower-level Haddington Park 1 and 2 suites share a kitchenette. Expect tall ceilings and original architectural details.

207 N 63rd Street: 5 Cobbs Creek apartments. One- and two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens. The two-bedroom apartments sleep up to four guests, which makes this building a good fit for families and longer stays.

211 N 63rd Street: 4 larger units. The Delancey, Parkway, and Bell View one-bedroom apartments (about 900 square feet each) and the Haddington Park Suite, a 600-square-foot king studio. All have full kitchens.

How We're Different From a Hotel or an Airbnb

Compared with a hotel, you get more room, a kitchen or kitchenette, and a residential setting, usually for less than a Center City hotel room. Compared with an Airbnb, you get professional management: consistent amenities in every unit, a support team you can reach every day, and one point of contact if anything goes wrong.

The Neighborhood

Haddington is a residential neighborhood in West Philadelphia, west of University City. It's a local Philadelphia neighborhood, not a downtown hotel district, so expect row houses, corner stores, and neighborhood restaurants rather than tourist attractions.

Free street parking is available near the suites, subject to posted signs. All three buildings have controlled-access entry and security cameras at the entrances and in common areas.

Getting Around

University City (UPenn, Drexel, Penn Medicine, CHOP): Walk five minutes to 63rd Street Station, then take the L train (Market–Frankford Line) east to 34th Street, about 10 to 15 minutes with no transfers.

Center City: The same train continues to 15th Street/City Hall in about 22 minutes.

By car: University City is about 3.8 miles away, and Center City about 5.6 miles.
